Executive Leadership Coaching

By taking a whole-person approach to developing executive leaders, my coaching is based entirely on creating deep and lasting transformation. Through coaching, I help executive leaders avoid burnout so that they can more easefully achieve their goals while also experiencing authentic and sustainable work-life balance. 

To help clients reach their goals and improve overall performance, I: 

  • Facilitate experiential learning 

  • Help them tap into the resources they already have at their disposal 

  • Apply impactful techniques like active listening, powerful questioning, and cognitive reframing to create client awareness and accountability that provides the client with structure, support, and feedback 

I also use strength-based assessments, positive psychology interventions, and activities, which have all been shown to increase the capacity for well-being and goal attainment. 

Pre-and-post assessments are also administered to identify strengths and measure changes across multiple areas of their lives. Through this process, the client:

  • Learns how to identify the current habits and patterns contributing to unsatisfactory results

  • Learns how to use powerful tools and resources that will empower them to create effective patterns and habits

I help executives and leaders prioritize their well-being so they can elevate their lives to phenomenal heights and increase their impact.

Executive Leadership Coaching includes:

  • Two 75-minute Zoom meetings per month

  • Unlimited email support between meetings

  • Accountability, support, and resources to help executives improve their core leadership skills, identify and overcome situational challenges, and align with their organizational expectations and SMART goals

Professional Development Trainings
